- 3 Your fixed, written quote Most lawns are priced from the address and photos. Larger landscaping, commercial or school projects may need a site survey first, which is free.

The questions people ask most before they send an enquiry.
Do you need to visit to give me a price?
Usually not. We measure the area from satellite imagery and check the access from the street, so an address and a few photos are enough for a fixed, written price. If you would rather we came to look first, that is free too. For a full landscaping project, or a commercial or school site that needs one, the survey is free as well.
How quickly will I hear back?
Messages and quote requests that reach us during working hours are answered the same day. Anything sent in the evening or on a Sunday is picked up the next working morning.
Can I send photos on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp 07346 004385 is often the quickest way to a price: send the address and a few photos or a short video of the space, and we will reply during working hours.
Can I send plans, drawings or a tender pack?
Yes. Email them to hi@mylovelylawn.com. We price commercial, school, sports and landscaping work from site plans, drawings and tender documents as well as photos.
Can I see the grass before I decide?
Yes. We post up to five samples free of charge, so you can see them in your own garden light. Order them from our samples page.
I am a school, business or sports club. Who should I contact?
The same team. Email hi@mylovelylawn.com with a site plan or tender pack if you have one, or message us on WhatsApp. We plan school work around term dates and holidays.
Do you cover my area?
We install lawns for homes across London, Surrey and Hertfordshire, and take on commercial, school and sports projects across London and the South East. Send us your postcode and we will confirm.
